We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces and client-side applications using React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, create intuitive and performant front-end solutions, and ensure seamless integration with backend services.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
  2. Ensure frontend applications follow best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  3. Collaborate with design and backend teams to translate requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
  4. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  5. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.
  6. Optimize applications for maximum speed, SEO-friendliness, and cross-device/browser compatibility.
  7. Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and standards; recommend improvements.
  8. Participate actively in agile workflows including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  9. Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills

  1. Strong experience with React.js and familiarity with Next.js (App Router, SSR, API routes, etc.).
  2. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and semantic markup for SEO.
  3. Experience implementing web accessibility standards.
  4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or equivalent alternatives.
  5. Practical experience using Tailwind CSS for scalable and maintainable UI styling.
  6. Familiarity with shadcn/ui or component libraries based on Radix/Headless UI is a plus.
  7. Deep knowledge of responsive design principles and performance optimization techniques.
  8. Proficient with version control systems, preferably Git.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven track record as a frontend developer specializing in React.js.
  3. Portfolio or samples demonstrating frontend development skills, including SEO and accessibility considerations.
  4. Knowledge of web application security best practices.
  5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage.
